etryout is a free service provided to parents of student athletes and coaches for the expressed purpose of obtaining college scholarships for students athletes.

While making a best faith effort to ensure the accuracy of all content provided on this website, etryout.com is not responsible for content or information provided in any form by users of this website.
Student athletes must fit the generally accepted definition of student athlete and coaches must fit the generally accepted definition of high school or college coach.

Athletes posting videos and information will be solely responsible for the accuracy of the information. Athletes will not hold etryout responsible for any errors in this information. Athletes will not post any videos or information that is any way can be considered to be illegal, pornographic, or harmful to themselves or others. Those in violation will be remover from the site and be barred from future postings. Those in violation will have no recourse as to recovery of fees paid to etryout. Athletes are aware that postings and videos are to be submitted to the appropriate coaches of the sport for which they are submitted and consent for the viewing and review of these videos and postings. Athletes agree to allow etryout to make use of their information in any manner that will increase the possibility of the athlete obtaining college scholarship, and will allow, without compensation, the use of their video and posting on etryout website, printed material, and audio visual media to promote etryout.

Student athletes at the time of posting must provide parental or guardian consent to etryout. Student athletes will permit etryout. to use their email address or any other means provided by athlete to inform and contact athlete. Student athletes must ensure that contact information is current and make etryout aware of any changes in a timely manner.

Etryout makes no claims or warranties as to information provided on the website, neither does it make claims or warranties as to the player receiving a scholarship or to the videos and postings being viewed by a coach.

Etryout will make a good faith effort to ensure that all videos and postings will be available for review and viewing by college coaches. Etryout will not make your information available to any parties other than college coaches.

Etryout reserves the right to refuse any video or postings for any reason.

Etryout has the right to make any changes to these terms of use without notice and will make a good faith effort to notify athletes and coaches of these changes.
